No. The Bold by Nature brand will no longer continue at this time.

Bold by Nature is a beloved Canadian pet food brand with a great product and a loyal customer base. Like much of the industry, it faced real headwinds in recent years. We acquired the intellectual property and trademark because we believe in its potential and have the resources and operating experience to strengthen the systems, quality control, and financial foundation that it needs to thrive for the long term. Doing this responsibly and sustainably will take time, so stay tuned for updates as we work to determine the future for the brand.

We believe there's a future for the Bold by Nature brand, though we don't yet know what that looks like. We currently own the IP and trademark, and we'll communicate our plans as they develop.

No, we’re not. We are investing in the brands we acquire. We’re adding the right brands to our portfolio - ones that match our values and commitment to pet health and longevity in Canada. For each acquisition we completed, significant investments were made to improve product quality, customer experience, retailer support, and internal production processes and controls.

There’s a lot of work ahead to strengthen the industry after a tumultuous few years, and we plan to do the best we can to raise the standard for pet food across Canada.
